We're looking for a senior fullstack engineer who can own products end-to-end. You'll work directly with founders and users, shipping features from database to UI without handoffs.
What you'll do:
- Build and ship SaaS products for SMBs
- Own features from conception to production
- Work directly with users and customers
- Make architectural decisions
- Mentor and pair with other engineers
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related
- 5+ years shipping production software
- Deep experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong frontend skills (React, Tailwind)
- Located in or willing to relocate to Hamburg
Product Designer (all genders)
We're seeking a product designer who thinks in systems and ships in code. You'll work alongside engineers to craft beautiful, functional products for real businesses.
What you'll do:
- Design end-to-end product experiences
- Build and maintain design systems
- Work directly with engineers in code
- Talk to users and iterate rapidly
- Shape product strategy and direction
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing digital products
- Portfolio showing shipped B2B software
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with design systems
- Located in or willing to relocate to Hamburg
